The staff was courteous and super friendly all the time. Really enjoyed how my king room was set up.

During my stay, I had a minor issue with a held payment that took a few days to resolve. The staff was helpful, although I never received the promised calls from management.

The location of Best Western Green Oaks Inn was perfect for our needs, with several restaurants nearby. The air conditioning in the main area was a welcome relief from the heat, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Our room, 311, was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's stay special by setting up her bed with all her stuffed animals. The convenience of having a clean and organized room after a long day at work was greatly appreciated. Despite a few minor issues such as the lack of soap in the bathroom and a firm bed, our overall stay was great. The facility had a fresh feel to it and the staff were friendly. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if the need arises. I highly recommend this hotel.
